At the age of 25, Ryan began his career after graduating from North Texas. In Texas, he then worked at some of the most prestigious commercial brokerage firms. To focus on his growing portfolio of business sales, Ryan founded Elite Commercial Brokerage Firm after leaving NewQuest Properties.

His roots are in England, where he is a huge Norwich City soccer fan. Currently, he lives in the suburbs of Houston with his wife and three children.
